Guam Identifies Families Terrific Strenghts Inc. Guam Identifies Families Terrific Strengths (G.I.F.T.S)
Is an organization run for families with children who have serious emotional or mental problems. The program, working closely with the I Famagu’on-ta, serves as a place for families to get training, help and information about their child’s problems.


GSOCCGuam System of Care Council (GSOCC)
Established many years ago for families with children that have mental health issues to get all the information they needed in one facility.
The council exists primarily for seriously emotionally disabled children. The System of Care coordinates services for parents and works to provide continuous, family friendly, culturally important programs for families.


DISIDDepartment of Integrated Services For Individuals With Disabilities (DISID)
The Division of Support Services for individuals with disabilities was created with the enactment of Public Law 24-16, in an effort to provide a comprehensive and seamless continuum of service and assistance to persons with disabilities and their families on Guam. The Division is tasked with two major functions, Comprehensive Case Management and Contracts Management. The Division strives to all of its Consumers. Our principal mission is to provide strength-based, Consumer-centered support and individualized service planning to those in need while promoting independence, empowerment and the dignity of the human person.
